Front Office Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in front office operations and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they provide exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience in front office operations and management, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of front desk software and systems, with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
