Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Monitor and control front office expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex situations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of front office software and systems is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary to motivate and guide staff.
