Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Blu. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably with knowledge of Opera software.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance team performance.
Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of front office procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in using Opera software or similar systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
