Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at Taj Palace, with 6-9 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office services and improve overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including front office metrics and performance data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling sound decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Familiarity with front office software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
