We are looking for a soft-spoken and pleasant Front Office cum Customer Care Manager to be the face of Euphoria by Kheliya Kothrud . The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions with warmth and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude Handle billing and cash transactions accurately Take birthday party bookings and maintain schedules Conduct walk-throughs and show the play area to new visitors Manage customer enquiries (in-person, phone & online) Support social media and basic marketing activities Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable and customer-oriented personality Basic computer knowledge (billing & social media) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you ok to work from 10am to 9pm?
