Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at West Downs The Heritage Resort. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and management.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Implement and enforce front office policies and procedures to uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems is necessary.
