Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at West Downs The Heritage Resort. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless communication and collaboration.
Implement and enforce front office policies and procedures to uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.
Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Knowledge of front office software and systems is necessary.
A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
