Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: o Greet and assist walk-in customers, visitors, and clients. o Manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance. 2. Administrative Support: o Oversee front desk operations, including appointment scheduling. o Coordinate with Workshop departments for smooth workflow. o Prepare and manage daily reports, logs, and documentation. 3. Team Supervision: o Supervise Service Advisor , assign duties, and monitor performance. o Train and guide new recruit Service advisors. o Ensure that team members follow dealership policies and customer service protocols. 4. Customer Satisfaction: o Ensure customer needs are met promptly and professionally. o Collect feedback and assist in resolving minor complaints or concerns. o Work with the CRM team to support customer engagement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking ability. • Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (DMS). • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Experience in customer service • Automotive experience preferred.
