Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our team at Soleus. If you have a flair for customer service and thrive in a people-first environment, this role is for you. You’ll be the face and voice of our studio - ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting day-to-day operations. We work 6 days (Sundays off) with 9-hour shifts. WhatsApp monitoring on Sundays may be required. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and virtually via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Manage scheduling for personal training sessions, physiotherapy appointments, and Pilates classes, ensuring smooth coordination. Handle client inquiries and provide information regarding services, pricing, and availability. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments using Excel and other internal systems. Coordinate with trainers, physiotherapists, and Pilates instructors to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment. Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience. Support the management team with administrative tasks, as required. Qualifications & Skills: Any Bachelor’s degree and 2 years+ Experience in a similar role. Prior experience in the hospitality, wellness, and fitness space preferred. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients face-to-face and remotely. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for scheduling, reporting, and client management. Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and phone communication platforms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and handle client concerns with professionalism.
