The Front Office Executive will be responsible for front desk operations involving admissions, walk-in interviews, employee coordination, and administrative support. The role includes handling candidate and student interactions, maintaining accurate data using Excel and Google Sheets, managing system logins, tracking employee login and logout, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth campus operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate, Student & Visitor Handling:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in candidates, students, parents, and visitors for admissions, interviews, and general inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Walk-in Interviews & Admissions:

  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and admission counselling sessions. Collect resumes, applications, and admission-related documents and guide individuals through the process.
  • Admissions Support:

  • Provide basic information on courses, admission procedures, fees, and eligibility. Assist the admissions team with follow-ups and documentation.
  • Data Management (Excel & Google Sheets):

  • Maintain and update candidate, student, admission, walk-in, and attendance data using MS Excel and Google Sheets with high accuracy.
  • System Logins & Updates:

  • Create and manage candidate/student logins and update application and admission status in internal systems.
  • Employee Login & Logout Tracking:

  • Record daily employee login and logout details using registers, Excel, or Google Sheets and share attendance reports with HR.
  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Support routine administrative activities such as filing, document management, correspondence, report preparation, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports related to walk-ins, interviews, admissions, attendance, and administrative activities. Coordinate with HR, admissions, and administration teams for smooth workflow.
  • Front Office Operations:

  • Maintain visitor logs, admission registers, and ensure the front office area is organized, presentable, and compliant with institute policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in front office, admissions, HR support, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high walk-in volume efficiently.
