Job Description

Nature of Site: Leading Banking Firm (O payroll of Colliers)

No of days working: Mon to Sat ( 6 days working)

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for occupancy.
Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including room assignments and billing information.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Candidate should have a good & presentable personality.
Should have good communication skills .
Should have basic computer knowledge skills.
