Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at Lemon Tree Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest feedback and room assignments.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train front office staff to achieve high performance standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary to motivate and guide staff.
