Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at The Fern Residency. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in front office operations and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front office staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Monitor and control front office expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Proven experience in front office operations and management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
