Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Duty Manager to join our team, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk staff activities to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control front office budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, including reservation and booking platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with hotel management principles and practices, focusing on exceptional customer service.
