Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Associate or Supervisor at Cygnett Inn. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as check-in/check-out forms and room assignments.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
Basic knowledge of front office software and systems is preferred.
Ability to supervise and motivate front office staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain accurate records and reports.
