Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns efficiently.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is desirable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
