Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Front Desk Operations: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the PMS (Property Management System). Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and payment processing. Prepare and manage daily arrival and departure lists. Ensure float management and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with all departments to ensure special requests and VIP arrangements are handled efficiently. Update guest profiles and feedback for continuous improvement of services. Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages courteously and efficiently. Compliance & Standards: Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
