Job Description

Guest Services:

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Front Desk Operations:

  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the PMS (Property Management System).

  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and payment processing.

  • Prepare and manage daily arrival and departure lists.

  • Ensure float management and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Liaise with all departments to ensure special requests and VIP arrangements are handled efficiently.

  • Update guest profiles and feedback for continuous improvement of services.

  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages courteously and efficiently.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
