Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are desirable.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.
