Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team at The Ocean Pearl Times Square in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in front office operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
