Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, reception, and visitor coordination
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational requirements
  • Prepare, maintain, and generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Provide administrative and sales support to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with documentation, data entry, and MIS updates

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in office administration / front office roles
  • Education: B.Com / BBA; MBA preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel (advanced Excel is an added advantage)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Meticulous, organised, and positive attitude towards work
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
