Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and provide accurate information about the school.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security protocols for entry/exit.
  • Manage reception cleanliness, display boards, and front office materials.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing letters, notices, and general communication as required.
  • Maintain student attendance records, late arrival entries, and gate passes.
  • Support in managing school documents, files, and confidential records.
  • Coordinate courier services, mail dispatch, and inward/outward registers.

Parent Interaction & Support

  • Address parent queries or route them to the appropriate department/teachers.
  • Provide appointment scheduling support for Principal/Coordinator.
  • Assist parents with admission queries, form distribution, and documentation.

Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate important messages to staff and departments promptly.
  • Coordinate with transport, admin, and academic teams as needed.
  • Support in organizing school events, meetings, and orientations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Prior school front desk experience preferred.
