Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Executive position located in Noida. The Front Desk Executive will manage receptionist duties, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees. Responsibilities include answering phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries, managing scheduling and appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience for all individuals interacting with the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with visitors and employees
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Experience in receptionist duties and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
