Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Mohali
Mode: WFO | 5 Days Working

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk security protocols.
  • Provide admin support.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist HR/admin team in daily operations as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable personality with professional behaviour.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.

Qualification:

  • Any graduate (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
