About the Role:

UI/UX Expert

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Create detailed user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other UX documentation.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications to align design with user needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility).

User Interface Design

• Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, visual designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to produce logical, seamless, and visually engaging user interfaces.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, tabs, widgets, and page layouts.
• Maintain design systems and UI kits for consistency across all products.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
• Present and defend design decisions and deliverables using user research and data.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure proper implementation of design concepts.

Iteration and Improvement

• Conduct A/B testing and gather analytics feedback to improve existing UI/UX.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve our design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

  as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  ,

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop & Illustrator), and

  Sketch

  .
• Strong experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g.,

  Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Marvel

  ).
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience designing for both mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work with case studies outlining your process.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and function.
• Strong visual design skills (layout, color theory, typography, branding).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of animation and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
• Experience with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Apple HIG).
