Freelance UI/UX

As a UI/UX Expert, you will be a key member of our design team at Aaizel Tech Labs in Gurugram. With a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, your role will involve creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into elegant and user-friendly designs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. You will create detailed user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation to align design with user needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, applying user-centered design principles to ensure logical and visually engaging user interfaces. Collaboration and communication are crucial aspects of this role, as you will work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals. You will also be involved in presenting and defending design decisions using user research and data, as well as working closely with front-end developers to ensure the proper implementation of design concepts. Your role will also involve iteration and improvement, including conducting A/B testing and gathering analytics feedback to enhance existing UI/UX designs. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies will be essential to continuously evolve our design standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch, as well as strong knowledge of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Experience with mobile and desktop platforms, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, will be required. Preferred skills include familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and knowledge of animation and motion design tools. Tools you will use include Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop for design, InVision, Axure, Adobe XD, Marvel for prototyping, and various research, testing, and collaboration tools.
