This is a full-time, junior-level position ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment field. The role involves working closely with our HR team to understand and fulfill technical staffing needs. Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruiting, particularly in technical domains.
  • Proven ability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems effectively for streamlined recruitment processes.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the capability to identify top-tier candidates quickly and accurately.
  • Experience in delivering constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Expertise in technical recruiting (Mandatory skill) with a deep understanding of various IT roles and requirements.
  • Ability to conduct and evaluate coding tests (Mandatory skill) as part of the recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of full stack development (Mandatory skill) to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong candidate relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the unique needs and roles to be filled.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidates’ strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Administer and evaluate coding assessments to ensure candidate proficiency in required technical skills.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to maintain organized recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Participate in recruitment drives and promotional events to attract talent and expand the candidate pool.
  • Provide follow-up and feedback to candidates regarding their application status and any further steps.
