About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Freelance Recruiter with strong expertise in the IT domain

to support our talent acquisition needs. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles in the IT industry. This is a remote, work-from-home position, offering flexibility.Key Responsibilities

Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and technical requirements.
Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers for shortlisting, feedback, and interview scheduling.
Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles (developers, designers, project managers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
Negotiate salary expectations and ensure smooth offer closure.
Keep track of recruitment activities using spreadsheets or ATS (if provided).
