Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and post-offer follow-ups.
Achieve delivery deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in the recruitment process.
Use ATS tools, preferably Ceipal, to manage candidates, generate reports.
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
Must have a laptop and a stable broadband internet connection.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
