Dear Candidate, We are looking for a Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) who is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions for client companies They play a crucial role in matching the right talent with the right job, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. Responsibilities:- Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn etc.) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone and video) Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards etc. Understand client requirements and job descriptions to effectively match candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire Collaborate with internal managers/team members to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's database. Requirements and Skills:- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role for minimum 2 years. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with IT/ Non IT Recruitment. Understanding of referral programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Has to have own laptop and good internet connectivity.
