🔍 About the Role

Primary Goal:

🎯 What You’ll Do

Paid Growth

  • Plan, launch, and optimize

    LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads (Search + Display)

  • Own audience targeting, ad copy, creatives, bids, and budgets
  • Build & test high-converting landing pages
  • Optimize continuously for CPL, lead quality, and conversions

Organic & Community-Led Growth

  • Drive inbound leads via

    Reddit, Quora, industry communities, and social platforms

  • Identify high-intent conversations and communities
  • Create content and engagement strategies that generate organic demand

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Run rapid A/B tests across messaging, creatives, audiences, and channels
  • Analyze performance data and double down on what works
  • Build a repeatable growth playbook from learnings

Setup, Analytics & CRO

  • Set up tracking, pixels, UTMs, CRM integrations, and attribution
  • Build dashboards to track leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lead quality and sales alignment
✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on

    performance/growth marketing

    experience
  • Strong track record with

    LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads

  • Experience targeting

    US / North American markets

  • Exposure to organic, community-led, or inbound growth tactics
  • Ability to deliver ROI with lean budgets

Skills

  • GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Conversion tracking, UTMs, pixels, dashboards
  • Landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce, WordPress)
  • Bonus: Canva/Figma or basic creative skills

  • Builder & self-starter
  • Data-driven and experimental
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and outcome-focused
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
