Job Description: Franchise Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to accelerate franchise expansion and drive revenue growth through strategic lead management and arranging franchise meetings. The Franchise Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of our franchise network by driving measurable outcomes and facilitating meaningful interactions with potential franchise partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategically manage a pipeline of qualified leads to maximize conversion rates and arrange franchise meetings with prospects.

2. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion processes, with a primary focus on arranging franchise meetings.

3. Proactively engage with prospects and position our brand as the preferred choice for franchise partnerships, leveraging effective communication and relationship-building skills.

4. Collaborate closely with the Business Acquisition Manager and Business Head to develop targeted sales strategies and ensure alignment with franchise meeting objectives.

5. Utilize innovative techniques and tools to enhance prospect engagement and accelerate the scheduling of franchise meetings.

6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

7. Foster strong relationships with existing franchisees and strategic partners to generate referrals and expand our reach.

8. Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing our value proposition and driving brand awareness.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in franchise sales or business development, with a demonstrated ability to drive franchise meeting outcomes.

2. Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and influence decision-makers.

4. Results-driven attitude with a relentless focus on driving measurable outcomes and facilitating meaningful interactions.

5. Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take initiative and challenge the status quo.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
