Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Noida. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for potential franchisees, developing and implementing business plans, and managing the franchise sales process. The role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate and close deals, and consistent engagement with new and existing partners to ensure successful franchise operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Lead Generation
• Skills in Business Planning and Franchising
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
