Areas to be Handled: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Job Responsibility: Responsible for the opening of new stores (franchises) and competitive acquisitions in the designated territories/ states, especially untapped markets. Identify investors in assigned territory for developing franchise partners To identify and develop brokers, real estate agents and investors for new franchises. Lead generation should be done by the position. Should be willing to travel Extensively Key Skills: Strong communication, relationship building and management skills Strong Negotiation Skills Self-motivated and results oriented Business Development Skills (Data Mining, Negotiation Skills) Customer Relationship Management Time Management Strong implementation & execution skills
