Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Executive based in Noida. The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential franchisees, conducting presentations and meetings to showcase the business model, and negotiating franchise agreements. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, tracking sales metrics, attending networking events, and providing ongoing support to franchisees to ensure their success. Qualifications Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and generate leads Negotiation skills and ability to close deals Excellent networking abilities and a customer-focused mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the beauty or salon industry is a plus Show more Show less
