Job Description

1. Franchise Support & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for all franchisees, assisting them with day-to-day operational queries. Coordinate onboarding and opening of new franchise outlets, including documentation, training, and pre-opening support. Maintain regular communication with franchisees to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and standards. 2. Operations & ComplianceAssist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of franchise outlets. Ensure franchise partners comply with brand guidelines, operational SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate regular audits and follow up on corrective actions where needed. 3. Training & DevelopmentSchedule and support training programs for franchise staff during pre-opening and ongoing operations. Liaise with the training department to ensure consistent delivery of content across all locations. 4. Reporting & DocumentationCollect, consolidate, and analyze franchise performance data (sales, feedback, inventory, etc.). Prepare and maintain reports for internal stakeholders to track franchise performance and compliance. 5. Marketing & PromotionsCoordinate execution of local marketing initiatives and brand campaigns at franchise locations. Ensure promotional materials are distributed and used correctly. 6. Expansion & Development SupportAssist the Franchise Development team in site evaluation, feasibility studies, and franchisee assessments. Support franchise discovery days, meetings, and presentations. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking ability Basic knowledge of QSR operations and standards Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude Ability to travel as needed Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field 2–4 years of experience in a QSR or retail franchise environment Prior experience in franchise coordination or operations preferred What We Offer:A dynamic, fast-paced work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand Training and development programs Competitive salary and performance incentives
