Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial transactions Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Provide administrative support to the accounts department as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with every franchise owner/manager. Handle day-to-day franchise queries. Monitor every store's performance. Strong coordination with the Brand Managers. Conduct monthly/weekly business review. Support for new store opening activities and smooth onboarding.
