Franchise Development Manager

Role Overview: The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for end-to-end investor engagement — from prospecting and pitching, to securing agreements and ensuring successful onboarding. This role requires deep business understanding, financial acumen, and exceptional persuasion skills to present our franchise opportunity as an attractive and high-return investment. You will act as the bridge between investors and the business, ensuring mutual alignment and long-term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Sourcing & Prospecting:
o Identify and connect with potential investors interested in franchise opportunities, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry events.
o Build and maintain a robust investor pipeline for targeted regions.
Pitching & Negotiation:
o Develop compelling investor pitches that clearly communicate the business model, ROI potential, and competitive advantages.
o Conduct one-on-one meetings, webinars, and presentations to engage and convince potential partners.
o Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Market & Business Understanding:
o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory aspects of franchising.
o Advise investors on location selection, market feasibility, and business projections.
Relationship Management:
o Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
o Ensure smooth on boarding, training, and support for new investors post-agreement.
Qualifications & Skills:
5–8 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or investor relations, preferably in [relevant industry e.g., retail, F&B, healthcare, etc.].
Proven track record in securing high-value investors or franchise partners.
Strong business and financial understanding — ability to explain ROI models, P&L, and market dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network in the business/investment community is a plus.
