FP&A Controller

Role Overview: You will be joining the Finance FP&A team within the Finance Business & Technology organization at Bp. As the FP&A Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring internal and external accounting and reporting compliance with IFRS and BP Group Accounting policies for designated entities and businesses. Your responsibilities will include leading the quarterly close process, overseeing Due Diligence, managing stakeholder relationships, providing financial analysis, and supporting internal/external audits. Key Responsibilities: - Record to Report controllership: Implement BPs control framework at the local entity level, lead quarterly close process, and deliver quarterly financial reports. - Due diligence ownership: Oversee the Due Diligence process, ensure internal controls compliance, and assure the accuracy of actuals process. - Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with business teams, support audits, and liaise with relevant parties. - Statutory: Assist with LRA, SEA, ARA, ESG, and Statutory accounting processes. - Financial analysis: Provide variance analysis on actuals reporting and meet reporting requirements. Qualifications Required: - Business/Finance Degree level or equivalent education. - Preferred: Masters Degree, ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification. - Minimum 15 years of relevant post-degree experience, with experience in FP&A and Controllership. - Preferred experience in global, complex organizations, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry.
