KPMG India’s Finance Transformation team is seeking experienced FP&A and R2R professionals with expertise in either of oil & gas, metals & mining , or industrial manufacturing sectors for key roles across our Pune and Mumbai locations. Immediate joiners are preferred. The available roles are as follows- Business Performance : Monitor and analyze business performance, providing key insights and reports to drive informed decision-making and improve organizational outcomes. Process Engineering: Lead the optimization and standardization of business processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across operational functions. Economic Modelling : Develop financial models to forecast business performance, applying economic principles and analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Cost Management : Oversee the management of financial costs, including budgeting, variance analysis, and the implementation of cost control measures to enhance profitability. R2R (Record-to-Report) : Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, month-end closures, and compliance with accounting standards.
