Currently, KPMG India's Finance Transformation team is looking for experienced FP&A and R2R professionals with expertise in sectors such as oil & gas, metals & mining, or industrial manufacturing for key roles in Pune and Mumbai. We prefer immediate joiners who can contribute to our dynamic team. The roles available include: - Business Performance: Monitoring and analyzing business performance to provide key insights and reports for informed decision-making and organizational improvement. - Process Engineering: Leading the optimization and standardization of business processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across operational functions. - Economic Modelling: Developing financial models to forecast business performance and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making using economic principles and analytics. - Cost Management: Overseeing financial cost management, including budgeting, variance analysis, and implementing cost control measures to enhance profitability. - R2R (Record-to-Report): Managing the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, month-end closures, and compliance with accounting standards.
