Job Description

About Us:

We are a fast-growing SaaS company delivering innovative cloud-based solutions to customers worldwide. As we scale, we are seeking a proactive and analytical FP&A professional to partner with our business teams and strengthen visibility, governance, and profitability in the Revenue charter.

This role will combine traditional FP&A responsibilities (forecasting, variance analysis, reporting) with a strong business partnering mandate to ensure accuracy, accountability, and scalability of our revenue processes.

Role Overview:

This role will partner closely with the Implementation, Sales, RevOps, and Finance teams to set up the Revenue charter from the ground up. It will require a balance of FP&A skills (forecasting, reporting, variance analysis) and commercial acumen to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure accuracy in how Revenue is scoped, recognized, and reported.

The associate will act as a bridge between business and finance — providing visibility on key metrics, surfacing risks early, and enabling data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to set up the

, ensuring accurate billing, recognition, and project profitability tracking.
  • Drive

    for Revenue.
  •  Track and report

at a project level; surface risks and enable timely corrective actions.
  • Own and manage the

  • Identify and resolve issues around

unbilled revenue, renewals, and milestone-based billing

  • Support governance on

credit notes, discounts, and service-related exceptions

  • Build and maintain dashboards/financial models to track

    Services KPIs, margins, and leakages

  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Implementation teams to close upstream contracting/scoping gaps and reduce downstream leakages.
  • Ensure alignment with Controllership on revenue recognition standards.
  • Continuously improve processes for Revenue reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA / MBA / CMA with

    3–5 years of experience

in FP&A, Business Finance, or Project/Implementation Finance.
  • Prior experience in

SaaS, IT services, or project-based businesses

    preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; ability to track margins and KPIs with accuracy.
  • Proven ability to partner with business teams, identify risks, and drive accountability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
