About Loam.ai 🌱 Loam.ai is a stealth‑stage startup on a mission to put cutting‑edge AI within reach of every small business. Custom AI Solutions – bespoke LLM and workflow automation projects that unlock new revenue or slash operating costs. Loam Platform – a curated platform of the best AI tools, pre‑integrated and ready to orchestrate end‑to‑end processes with one click. Our technical founding team is looking for a commercial co‑founder‑level leader to build the entire go‑to‑market engine from scratch. What You’ll Own Revenue Strategy & Execution Define ICP, pricing, packaging, and expansion model for both service and platform lines. Design and run full‑funnel experiments (SEO, paid, outbound, partnerships, community). Early Sales & Customer Success Lead founder‑style discovery calls, demo the product, negotiate deals, and close first 25 customers. Systematize onboarding and success playbooks to drive retention and upsell. Marketing & Brand Build a narrative that makes AI adoption feel inevitable (and Loam the obvious guide). Manage content calendar: LinkedIn thought leadership, case‑study videos, newsletters, webinars. Oversee our social voice; hire freelancers or agencies as multiplier force, not crutches. Growth Ops & Analytics Stand up the RevOps stack (CRM, marketing automation, attribution, dashboards). Track CAC, LTV, payback, funnel conversion—report directly to CEO. Team & Culture Recruit, mentor and inspire the first GTM hires (SDRs, demand‑gen, partnerships) as traction scales. Be a culture shaper—equal parts humility, curiosity and bias‑for‑action. You Might Be the One If… 5+ years owning both sales and marketing at an early‑stage B2B SaaS or AI startup. Comfortable selling technical solutions to non‑technical SMB owners as well as mid‑market innovation leads. Portfolio mindset: you iterate through channels rapidly, kill losers and double‑down on winners—data > dogma. Hands‑on operator who can write the copy in the morning and close the deal in the afternoon. Previous experience with workflow automation, AI/ML tooling, or marketplace business models is a serious plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary matching market standards.
