Role Overview

As a

Founder's Office Intern

, you’ll work closely with NxtWave’s founders on high-impact projects across strategy, operations, learning, content, marketing, and product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to gain hands-on experience in how startups operate at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and develop go-to-market strategies for new and ongoing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key projects across learning, content, marketing, operations, and product.
Assist in ideation and execution of initiatives aimed at improving learning outcomes and business efficiency.
Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Evaluate and optimize processes; define and track key performance metrics.
Work directly with the founders to execute multiple high-priority workstreams.
Prepare presentations, documentation, and internal reports based on research and inputs.
Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across teams.

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate from a top-tier institution (IITs, IIMs, BITS, IIIT-H, NITs, DU, or equivalent).
Strong alignment with NxtWave’s mission and values.
Prior experience in college leadership roles, consulting cells, case competitions, or internships in high-performance environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to execute with minimal supervision.
Collaborative approach with cross-functional coordination skills.
Learning mindset with curiosity to explore new domains.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Slides is a plus.
Basic understanding of startup operations or tech/product trends (good to have).
