Founder’s Office Intern

About the Role

This is not your average internship. As a Founder’s Office Intern at OneAssure, you’ll work

closely with leadership across functions — from product and growth to operations and

partnerships. You’ll get a front-row seat to how a fast-growing startup is built, and contribute

directly to high-impact, cross-functional projects.

If you're someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to learn

how a company is run from the inside out — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist the founder’s office in strategic projects across marketing, business, product,

and ops

● Conduct research, create presentations, and help drive process improvements

● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners

● Support execution of high-priority initiatives and special projects

What We’re Looking For

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills

● Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment

● Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take initiative

● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite; familiarity with Notion, Sheets, Slides a plus

● A curious mindset and willingness to learn on the go
