As a Founder's Office Intern, you will be an integral part of our core team, contributing to key strategic initiatives and business operations. Your work will span a variety of functions, including:

• Strategic Market Research and Analytics:

  Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify emerging trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy.

• Business Development and Solutions:

  Address target market problems by designing and developing suitable solutions, contributing to product-market fit.

• Policy and Process Design:

  Help create and implement internal policies, standard operating procedures, and business process improvements.

• Branding and Competitor Analysis:

  Research and analyze competitors, helping to refine our brand identity and market positioning.

• Financial Management:

  Gain exposure to bootstrapping, fundraising, budgeting, and financial administration, including accounting and expense management.

• HR and People Operations:

  Assist with people inclusion, onboarding, and deployment processes, including drafting essential business documentation like internship offers and onboarding materials.

• Business Governance and Compliance:

  Learn about the legal and regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance and drafting agreements, MOUs, and contracts.
