About the Role: 

We are hiring an exceptional Founder’s Office / Generalist to work directly with the founders, with a primary and deep focus on scaling K Formula.

This is a high-ownership, execution-first role spanning strategy, finance, growth, multi-channel sales, operations, and investor relations.

This role is not for lightweight generalists.

Only candidates with strong finance fundamentals, excellent Excel skills, and sharp numerical thinking should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

K Formula Growth & Brand Scale (Core Focus): 

(1) Help scale K Formula into a category-defining molecular haircare brand

(2) Align brand, content, influencer strategy, performance marketing, PR, and launches

(3) Track and optimise CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, cohorts, repeat purchase

(4) Support pricing, margin expansion, demand forecasting, and GTM execution

Finance, Analytics & Investor: Readiness (Non-Negotiable)

(1) Own Excel/Sheets-based financial models, dashboards, and operating trackers

(2) Track sales, inventory, burn, cash flows, and unit economics

(3) Prepare MIS reports, board decks, and investor updates

(4) Support fundraising, investor communication, and data rooms

Work with founders on scenario planning and strategic financial decisions

Multi-Channel Sales & Operations:

(1) Hands-on coordination across D2C (thekformula.com), marketplaces, and offline pilots

(2) Ensure tight alignment between supply chain, inventory, fulfilment, and sales channels

(3) Manage vendors, agencies, and operational partners

Founder’s Right Hand:

(1) Act as a force multiplier for founders

(2) Attend key meetings, track action items, and ensure execution

(3) Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders

Strategy, Content & Communication:

(1) Build pitch decks, strategy documents, internal memos, and presentations

(2) Support science-led storytelling, PR narratives, and brand positioning

(3) Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research

Who You Are:

(1) Strong academic background (IIT / IIM / ISB / NLU / NID / NIFT / CA / CFA / top global universities) or exceptional execution track record

(2) 1–4 years experience in startups, consulting, VC, finance, or high-growth environments

(3) Very strong with numbers — Excel, Google Sheets, financial logic, metrics

(4) Clear understanding of unit economics, growth metrics, and financial hygiene

(5) Extremely organised, proactive, and execution-driven

(6) Sharp written and verbal communicator

(7) Comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and ownership

(8) Deep interest in consumer brands, science-backed products, and internet culture
