Salary: ₹12–18 LPA (above industry standard, based on experience)

Relier Media is a global creative-tech studio building breakthrough brands, content, and campaigns for a borderless internet generation.

We’re currently launching one of our most ambitious projects yet – a high-science, high-virality international beauty-tech brand built in India, scaling globally. You’ll be working directly with the founders to spearhead this brand’s launch and growth across markets.

This is a rare opportunity to get in at ground zero and help shape a disruptive global brand backed by storytelling, molecules, and culture.

Who we’re looking for:

• A highly intelligent and detail-obsessed generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Perfectionist mindset – you notice what others miss
• Top-tier education (IIT/IIM/ISB/NLU/NID or equivalent preferred)
• A background in consulting, content, research, operations, or creative strategy
• 1–4 years of experience and now hungry to do something meaningful and global
• You’re culturally fluent, deeply curious, a great researcher, and execute like a pro

What you’ll do:

• Be part of the founding team of a global molecular beauty brand (built by Relier Media, name confidential for now)
• Work directly with the founders across all functions – strategy, ops, launch, hiring, content, and distribution
• Act as a super-coordinator across internal and international teams, freelancers, and vendors
• Build decks, systems, documents, briefs, trackers, and launch kits from scratch
• Conduct deep research across science, consumer trends, competitive landscape, and media narratives
• Own cross-functional execution across India, the US, and the Middle East
• Be the go-to right hand who gets sh*t done – with elegance and precision
• Help shape the brand’s culture, tone, team, and early community
