This is an opportunity to work directly with our founders and get a 360° view of building and scaling a high-growth SaaS startup.

Role Overview

Founder’s Office

This is a high-exposure role, perfect for someone who is excited to learn how a startup is built from the ground up and wants to eventually grow into a business leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives

  • Own high-priority founder-led projects from strategy to execution (e.g., new GTM motion, partnership strategy, global expansion readiness).
  • Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to support product, GTM, and investor decisions.
  • Build dashboards and reports that help the leadership track company health and identify opportunities.

2. Fundraising & Stakeholder Management

  • Assist in preparing

    investor pitch decks

    , financial models, and quarterly updates.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts with investors and external partners.
  • Draft communications and updates for board members, advisors, and key stakeholders.

3. Internal Alignment & Program Management

  • Act as the

    chief project manager

    for the founders: set agendas, capture action items, track deadlines, and ensure follow-through across teams.
  • Drive execution of company OKRs, ensuring progress is visible and measurable.
  • Organize and facilitate key meetings, town halls, and cross-functional syncs.

4. Founder Leverage

  • Optimize the founder’s calendar, ensuring focus on high-value activities.
  • Draft presentations, thought-leadership content, and event speeches on behalf of the founder.
  • Evaluate incoming opportunities (partnerships, events, hires) and recommend action plans.

5. Operations & Process Building

  • Design and implement scalable processes across hiring, onboarding, reporting, and communication.
  • Partner with HR to support key leadership hiring.
  • Contribute to building a strong company culture and internal communication rhythm.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, product management, strategy, VC/PE, or early-stage startups.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and switching between strategy and execution.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • High degree of ownership, bias for action, and ability to operate under tight timelines.

  • Founders spend

    30–40% more time

    on strategic activities (fundraising, vision, customer meetings).
  • Key projects and initiatives hit deadlines with clear, measurable impact.
  • Investor and board communications are consistent, crisp, and on-brand.
