Role Summary

Founder’s Office Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Research

• Conduct market and competitor research to explore new business opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and growth drivers.
• Deliver insights, reports, and presentations that inform strategic decisions.

2. Founders’ Office Support & Execution

• Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for Founders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of high-priority projects.
• Track milestones and deliverables using task/project management tools.

3. Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Support in preparing pitch decks, financial models, and investor materials.
• Research and map potential investors, assist with outreach.
• Coordinate investor meetings, ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.

4. Stakeholder & Growth Initiatives

• Draft crisp communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support pilots, partnerships, and new product launches.
• Assist in user experience research and operational optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• Students/Graduates in Business, Economics, STEM, Design, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
