Role Summary As a Founder’s Office Associate , you’ll work hand-in-hand with the founders, driving strategic initiatives, fundraising efforts, and operational execution . This is not a traditional role — you’ll be a problem-solver, researcher, and executor rolled into one. Strategy & Research Conduct market and competitor research to explore new business opportunities. Analyze industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and growth drivers. Deliver insights, reports, and presentations that inform strategic decisions. 2. Founders’ Office Support & Execution Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for Founders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of high-priority projects. Track milestones and deliverables using task/project management tools. 3. Fundraising & Investor Relations Support in preparing pitch decks, financial models, and investor materials. Research and map potential investors, assist with outreach. Coordinate investor meetings, ensure timely follow-ups and reporting. 4. Stakeholder & Growth Initiatives Draft crisp communication for internal and external stakeholders. Support pilots, partnerships, and new product launches. Assist in user experience research and operational optimization. What We’re Looking For Students/Graduates in Business, Economics, STEM, Design, or related fields. Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. Believes in women's empowerment, sustainability, and startup culture .
